Terms and Conditions of Rental

1. Parties
This contract is entered into between GDIS SERVICE S.R.L. — VAT IT03047140904, registered office at Via Annibale Caro 52, 07026 Olbia (SS) — as the Lessor, and the Customer who makes the booking (the "Driver").
2. Driver requirements
- Minimum age 21 (25 for Premium vehicles).
- Valid driving licence held for at least 2 years (category appropriate to the vehicle).
- Valid identity document.
- Credit card or payment method suitable for the security deposit.
3. Booking and payment
The booking is confirmed only upon signing the digital contract and, where required, payment of the deposit. The balance is due at the time the vehicle is collected, together with the security deposit.
4. Collection and return
The vehicle is delivered with a full tank of fuel and in conditions verified by photographs. It must be returned at the agreed time, with a full tank of fuel and in the same conditions. Where the return is delayed without prior agreement, a penalty equal to one rental day is applied.
5. Excess and liability
The Driver is liable for any damage caused to the vehicle, up to the excess indicated at the time of booking. Damage attributable to wilful misconduct or gross negligence, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, results in forfeiture of cover and full charging of the costs.
6. Prohibitions
- The vehicle may not be handed over to unauthorised drivers.
- Carrying unauthorised animals or dangerous goods is prohibited.
- Smoking inside the vehicles is prohibited (cleaning penalty € 150).
- Taking the vehicle outside the national territory without written authorisation is prohibited.
7. Cancellation
- Up to 72h before collection: full refund of the deposit.
- Between 72h and 24h: 50% of the deposit is retained.
- Less than 24h or no-show: full deposit retained.
8. Accidents and theft
In the event of an accident the Driver must complete the European Accident Statement form and immediately notify the number +39 352 045 9150. In the event of theft, a report to the Authorities and the return of the original keys are mandatory.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
This contract is governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the Court of Tempio Pausania shall have exclusive jurisdiction — without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
